Medical Assistant


I received my degree as a Medical Assistant at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento. I enjoy being able to perform the wide variety of different tasks that I have been trained to do:  I room patients, I complete patient medical records, I input lab results and set up lab requests, and on occasion, I also work as the receptionist.  I schedule appointments and help with inventory and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
My hobbies involve mainly my children: we spend most of our weekends together exploring the outdoors, hiking on trails, riding bikes, roller skating, visiting amusement parks, singing, dancing and watching movies.
I have a passion for helping within my community and am ‘on call’ at the local senior living home. As a strong believer in the power of positive thinking, I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people that come into our office.  Many share wonderful stories and I appreciate their trust placed in me to provide help.
